No but you replied to Lethalfemme's post in which she said that you can get STDs in ways that do not involve intercourse.

You agreed and then stated that you can get herpes from a toilet. That would not be a sexually transmitted disease, it would be a disease caught from being unhygenic and not very careful. Whether or not it would be transmitted sexually or not in subsequent encounters is another matter. It's not an STD if you catch it from a toilet.

i am saying here that herpes can be an STD, but that it can also caught via public toilets.

i am just giving examples of different ways of catching it.

I know, but it's pointless mentioning it being caught from a toilet, that's not an STD.

I'm simply telling you it's pointless for anybody to say what you said because then it's not an STD, we're discussing STDs.

If you want to discuss herpes, discuss it being transmitted by sexual activity, as that's what's being discussed. You're not wrong, and I'm not saying you are, you're very much RIGHT. Right idea, wrong place is all I'm saying.
