Writing HTML code in Notepad and saving it as a .htm file, you can then open it up with Internet Explorer and you have created a webpage, assuming you wrote the code right.
It's not on the web though because you have to send it to a host server.
Here is an example of a small page I had to do earlier in the year.

I'm majoring in Computer Technology and I never said I was in one class on M/W/F.
I have 4 classes from 10 to 6 on M/W/F.
