Team 1 would be my pick. Defense wins championships in basketball, and anyone driving to the hole against Wolverine and Venom is taking a lot of punishment and sent to the free throw line.
Plus with Gambit and Daredevil you've got basically Streetball type hops coming to the lane, and Bullseye>>>>>>>>>Steve Kerr.
Team 1 easily.
Captain America will be running that old Providence Style of offense trying to screen and roll too much and get beat.

Daredevil and Gambit are a good match for Spiderman and Beast. Beast is more of a power forward type and would have to deal with Venom in the block. I'd give that match up to Venom because he'd play dirty and be more agressive on the boards, plus he has tendrils to help with shot blocking.
Angel is light with his hollow bones so he's not going to have any leverage in the hole, and he still has to get to the basket to score on a 10 foot basket.
Anyone trying to take Wolverine to the post is getting a hidden stab to the lower back like Bill Laimbeer and Rick Mahorn used to do with elbow checks for the Bad Boys Era Pistons.

yeah illadelph, but can venom stop both spidey and beast? its like stoudamire and marion; pick your poison.
they are too quick the likes of wolverine, and too strong for the likes of daredevil and gambit. trust me, noone is stopping spidey going to the hole. dont forget his strength is superhuman...and even when venom goes for the block he dishes is out to beast, who will NOT be stopped.
