Hot because they're famous or famous because they're hot?

Pretty simple game. I say the name of an actor or actress. The next person say whether they're hot because they're famous (their talent exceeds their looks) or they're famous because they're hot (their looks exceeds their talent). Hot in this can mean hot as in good looking or hot as in big-time. I hope this makes sense.

For example:
Me: Jean-Claude Van Dam

2nd Poster: famous because he's hot
Morgan Freeman

3rd Poster: hot because he's famous
Rachael McAdams

Get it? Ok...here we go! P.S. If they suck at acting and are ugly "neither" is an acceptable answer 😛

It's like when Maxim does it's 100 Hottest People, it never includes non-famous people, though I'm sure there are about 1,000,000 chicks hotter than Paris Hilton.
