Confront the darkness
So tired...but must stay up all night...
And I also have to stay awake all day...
It's to fix my sleeping pattern. Since it's the school end of year holidays my sleeping pattern has been screwed up, I don't get to sleep until 3 am and get up at 1:30 pm. So by staying up all night and all day, I'll be very tired around 6 pm so I'll go to bed and be fully rested around 11 am the next day.

Actually, to change a sleeping pattern you need ~21 days to adjust it to a new desired hour. Because it takes roughly 21 minutes to shift from hour to hour because of your inner clock, one day wont change the habit. Besides with your working, you'd have to stay up every other day since your trying to work your way back. Not to mention the possible habituation to that type of sleeping rotation.
