He did it in origins after having PLENTY of time to heal the damage Captain America dealt to him.

Also, regardless of his capability of doing it, it's in the thread stipulations. For the purposes of this thread, pretend that Wolverine was declawed. He can still berserk, but try as he might, he won't be able to unsheathe his claws.
