Yeah, that's the problem I have with it. Most of the money would come from a few percentage-wise. Those that could likely get better health care anyways. I don't see why they should be forced to pay into something they will not use.

wouldnt be a first, considering everyone has to pay into unemployment insurance even if they never have and likely never will be unemployed. i have to pay for patriot missiles and poorly armored military vehicles despite my political views, i pay out the ass for car insurance when ive never been in an accident and am a safe driver... why is it so deplorable when it comes to healing people?
