They are basically the same. Both can do basically what the other can do and in fact in some way or another they both have exactly the same feats so in this case A does = B 😉

Anyways if IM has time to sit there calibrate his suit and cause a feedback explosion like he did with the power cosmic then yes he can KO Hal 😱
