Are you guys serious!? This is a no contest in favor of thor!! Didn't you know that Air pressure can block out the sun and has the ability to see the future? Storm could create an earthquake by making a lightning bolt strike the ground!

Then the wind would move in a circle at 10X the speed of light and cause enough friction to catch fire. The kinetic energy would blast into BRB and he'd go sailing!

As soon as he throws stormbreaker she opens a portal by opening her mind to earth and sucks it into the astral plane where Shadow King lies. She also has control over shadow king because he is a part of the air! Storm is on Neo-Goddess level 5 and has a 2d20 strength!

Bill breaks the earth and Storm has a dramatic fainting spell.

If she had enough time to conjure up Jovian levels of air pressure or something crazy exotic then she'd have a decent shot, though.
