They still die. Even De-powered, Tyrant would still demolish the team. Flash is the only one who has a chance of not dying in the first shot, but I don't think he's going to be able to do much. Tyrant one shots each of them.

The team of Silver Surfer, Gladiator, Beta Ray Bill, Ganymede, Jack of Hearts, Terrax and Morg is much more formidable than the listed team, and they got housed by Depowered Tyrant. Tyrant 10/10

Tyrant pretty easilly.
