That man is a Mandalorian from the STar Wars KOTOR Comic Book, which came out in the ninty's, before Halo was even thought of.

The Motorcycle is obviously the Hellcycle from Ghost Rider, and the background is from a picture of Deadpool.

When thinking about Lucy, JacopeX. When Lucy is fighting another Declonius, they are not killed quite as easy as a regular human being. You know if that is a Declonius benefit, or if it is just them being lucky in the anime?

I mean, even though both has Vectors, they can not see invisible arms. They sense their own, but is incapable of see other.
You get my point with all this babble, or should I rephrase? 😕
