Story:Bread for war, like all spartans, he was a captain in rank and one of the most promising warriors. He fought hundreds of battles, many wars. The gods saw what was to come in the future. The apocalypse which would soon come to pass. So they sought out a warrior powerful enough to fight the forces of the future. Finding the descendant of Theseus(If you don't know who this is it's a mythological greek hero who killed the minotaur in the labrynth) they decided he was to be the one they would send. So the god's worked together to prepare him for what was to come. Hephaestus, god of fire and forge made him a shield. It was powerful enough to withstand the most powerful of attacks. Along with an unbreakable spear, which Zeus had enchanted with a lightning tip, and a sword given the same enchantments. Along with that Cronos who allowed him an ageless life.They also gave him super strength, quicker reflexes, and made it so that most powerful attacks would only harm him a small amount.
