No, the legal system is an inanimate subject. Much like a firearm sitting by a table. It's the vile urchins who breathe life into the inanimate that are to blame.
Now that I'm on this subject, someone want to tell me why is it that I still receive dirty looks for not trusting law/fire enforcement as much as the average citizen should, when just last week a fireman drove hundreds of miles on the verge of raping a five year old child. He was the victim of a police sting and an undercover project, but it pains me to know that most everyone expects everyone employed by the law to be some sort messenger of god.
