Tanaraq, sure Thor is the God of Thunder, but Tanaraq is an Elder God older than the Earth and the personification of death on the planet when it was first commencing to come alive

Yeah, Great Beasts are Elder Gods of the night

They are, but they were called Elder Gods as well

Skyfather hands down, his rivals are the Gods of the Arctic and their the ones who created the Wendigo and defeated a being easily mind you that Dr.Strange was unsure he could beat.

*shrugs* Tanaraq definetly would take the majority but we never seen any of the Great Beasts fully unleashed

skyfather Surtur for sure, but I don't think either have been labeled Elder Gods.

Here Heather Hudson finally gives into Tanaraq and lets him take control. Her powers are augemted on a great scale, Tanaraq takes out a super-powered Morbius, takes a full blast from Zarathos, destroys him, and takes out Kulan Gath who is on Dr.Strange's level and who doesn't even feel pain anymore all without little effort. True badass. Gath used his spell to unleash their inner-bad, and their power was twisted and augmented by one’s connection to the supernatural that's why instead of Heather transforming into Sasquatch, Tanaraq was freed

Exiles #56-57: Exiles, Shaman, Doctor Doom [Tanaraq (Exiles])
Tanaraq takes full control of the team and beats most of them will not even trying and later blackmails them to do his biding. He wants the Exiles to go across this relality and asks all the evil genius to help him locate the Timebroker. While the others go do what Tanaraq asks, Beak goes to Canada to locate Shaman for help. Shaman already knew he was coming due to a unlikely source told him prior. So Shaman and Exiles start their plan to rescue Heather from Tanaraq. Here Tanaraq easily manhandles Namora who is class 100, knocks out Doom with one blow, rips Morph in half

The premise of the fight is h2h, no powers.

Classic Thor will take a solid majority (btw, Thor himself is technically an Elder god, he is Atum's brother on his mother's side, its where all that inner power that Thor has comes from and why Odin chose Gaia to be Thor's mother in the latest running of the Ragnarok cycle).

Ummmm...did you miss the part Tanaraq defeated everyone hand to hand?

No Thor isn't even close to being an Elder God, means he has god heritage but that doesn't make him an Elder God. When he is around as long as the Great Beasts than he can say that.

Thor is millions of years old due to the Ragnarok Cycle.

He's been around nearly as long. It was retconned in Ragnarok that Odin and the Asgardians were responsible for the destruction of the dinosaurs, and the creation of man kind. Meaning that Thor and the Asgardians are hundreds of millions of years old.

Yes I have, but he keeps dying and coming back and returning in a cycle. His life span is new everytime he comes back. Even Odin hasn't been labeled an Elder God unless recently prior to his "death"/

Just because Thor's mother is an elder god doesnt make him one...

The Demiurge came first and supplanted the earth with life, along with the elder gods, set, cthon, gaea et al...

Even Atum the Demogorge isnt considered an elder god and he preceded Thor way way before and his father is the Demiurge himself...

Atum is in fact, the FIRST OF the SECOND generation of gods along with Odin et al, i dont know if the term is hyborean age, or something like that...

Odin's actually been more impressive that the majority of Elder gods, I wouldn't put them above him.
