Feat wise, Hurcules is much much stonger than Namor. Namor may have a slight speed advantage, but hercules still can land blows on Namor because he is a experianced fighter.
this fight boils down to strength in which Namor has the disavantage.

Actually writers for marvels and the handbooks have directly stated it was a hyperbole and not to be taken serious
