This is definitely a good event for free TV this coming Thursday night. The most interesting part, is seeing Heath Herring fight again. I think he’s a great addition to UFC. And in my favorite match of the evening, Dean Lister brings his ridiculous submission skills against Nate Marquardt's experienced hands and feet. It's gonna be fun!
