I think he means at the bottom of the page you know with the forum rules.You can't turn it on only Raz can and he doesn't (it opens a whole new can of trouble if you allow html)

That questions makes no sense. You cant turn on HTML its everywhere. Unless you want to use HTML in your responses or something.

And as he later asked about how it was possible for Barker to have a link in his sig, it's reasonable to assume that he meant how to use HTML on a forum - which you can't unless you are on a forum that allows it (and KMC doesn't). You need to use bbcode.
