Frank castle is given unlimited resources and a full two-years prep time with full intel on the wakandan nation. If inserted into the country unnoticed, could frank pull this off?

Anyway... Punisher goes Grifter style and teleports some nukes into Wakanda. Not a very big country, so he shouldn't need that many.
