Without Franklin and X man absorbed. Doomsday should win. Onslaught in that form was shown to have extreme trouble effecting aliens. With his speed Doomsday could get some nice punches in before Onslaught BFRs him.

It's been done a couple times. I think the agreement is once Onslaught's physical form is gone there'll be nothing for Doomsday to punch.

Didn't he compensate for the Radiant though?

I think Onslaught would win the first round, and that's what matters. Sure he would be killed when DD comes back but anyway.
