He stops at 3. Captain Atom jobs a lot and has some CIS so Hulk should get past him at least once.

Hulk would take Superman in a slugfest, a boxing match, or an armwrestling match if you specify a level of rage that Hulk is at (Crossroads or Dark Dimension). That's about it.
