Picture problem

I recently did a system recovery and now when I save an image off my comp it only allows me to save it as a BMP file. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Some pictures are only certain types for example you sig is JPG only.

Try to SAVE AS a picture and see if you can select other file formats.

Nope, only BMP

also, when I used to "Save as" the picture kept the same name, now every pic is comming up "Untitled".

Any thoughts?
