JUL Amazo apparently near omnipotent in one universe.

Abarxus killed hundreds of Galactus's with apparently minimal effort and subsequently destabalized reality.

How is this a fight?

Meh . . . I thought JLU Amazo was cool (if emo). He doesn't seem to have the power to take out Abraxus.

JLU Amazo was unstoppable - only through a heavy dosage of batman-induced stupidity (or BIS as I call it) & shady plot holes were the justice league able to overcome the innate awesomoness that is the ragin' cajin, JLU Amazo.

Abraxas was collapsing the Multiverse just by stepping into Universes.

Abraxas is the embodiment of destruction, his presence represents the Concept of destruction.

Why the Living Tribunal can't touch Abraxas, even if he's tearing the Multiverse apart.

It's Abraxas' purpose as a Concept to do that, (collapse Reality) which is why you must Re-create a Multiverse in which he didn't manifest in order to banish him.
