it takes place in new york. they can use what ever they can get there hands on. both teams have been offered something in return for the winner. if superman wins then he would get back his homeworld and for Cyborg Superman he will become a herald of galactus, with all of galactus wisedom. surfer will get back zenla

Well, assuming for a moment that the Surfer decides not to give a flying ****, he could always destroy the Earth, in order to eliminate some of Hank Henshaw's choices, as far as technological advantages go.

DC or Marvel Earth? What is the nearest tech that Henshaw could go to? Would that count as a BFR? Does henshaw have any lantern rings?
