Do any of you work out?

Three times a week. Planning to get a gym membership in the summer.

umm...I lift weights 😄

i always start to then get lazy after like a week shrug

I have gymnastics practice every day after school for about 2 and a half hours.. then in the summer i go to the gym 5 times a week, i bike there and back and go swimming, rollerbladeing and running all the time

i am fixing to go on a serious cardio workout program. maybe some light wieght lifting, i dont want to gain any more muscle.

i like to work on the females if ya catch my drift lol.

mainly upper body. I can push 340lbs just with my ankles, so legs are fine.

Do you work out regularly?

I do when it's hot but if it's really hot I'll usually do a few sit-ups & push-ups & call it a day. What about you all (please don't spam or talk about anything that doesn't have anything to do with the original topic)?

quitting smoking in two days. workout starts the following week.

How much can you bench or curl?

its been years since I have worked out. quite a bit, though.

How many pushups can you max before you get tired?

about twenty, because i trashed my shoulder years ago playing baseball.

i dont focus on muscle building. slows you down and puts too much pressure on your heart.

i train in Dutch/Muay Thai Kickboxing.

total resistance, that'll do it for me. the muscle is already there, i just need to lose a few pounds.

That's mainly what I focus on besides abs, muscle building.

when I was 2o, before I hurt my shoulder, I could like 80.
