Hulk can win through some plot device. Otherwise Stardust takes this.
Stardust can't be hurt by physical means-he's primarily a being composed of energy. He's tangible-but still energy. That's why getting punched, bitten, stabbed, thrown, etc. by beta ray bill really didn't do anything.
Stardust reformed after being blasted by a beam powered by Galactus that destoryed a planet. Granted it took a while but he reformed.
Anyway everything else is moot because stardust, like other heralds of Galactus, are versatile enough that brute force (Hulk) is not enough.
Hulk gets pulled into a black hole, which stardust creates. Unless hulk can fly in space under his own power, that's it.
didn't Hulk rip apart an _intangibile_ energy field, with on-panel text saying something equivalent to "it should be impossible, but nevertheless The Hulk does it"?
Hulk's also ripped apart the matter - anti-matter attraction. he's "brute force" alright, just infinite and indomitable. anything and everything can be "Hulk Smashed" eventually.
he might just end up ripping the atoms from their molecular structures and thus critically changing the nature of the energy that Stardust is made from... preventing reformation.
anyway, I think it's possible... Hulk's got the "component parts" for the job, just needs the scenario and he'll put 'em together: infinite energy source + ability to rend, torque, tear and crumble that which should be intangible + damn near invulnerable to any physical attack when he hits the upper ends of his rage...
