anxiety or depression picks on a weird hard life of mine

im 22 years old and for the past 2 years straight i dont alot of thinking i never had that much of a life when i was in highschool. now a days people from work wanna hang out and sh*t but i dont go. its weird for me because back in the day i use to go out all the time.

Um. So how exactly did you reach the conclusion that your problem is anxiety or depression?
