Nova got his ass kicked by Annihilus a couple times. He only beat a couple of ships. He only beat Annihilus with some help, and he caught him basically unaware. He didn't overpower him.
So, what feats are there of Nova, that warrants him a victory over Surfer?

Nova has done nothing to lead me to believe he can take on the SS. Ripping out A's throat or whatever is hardly a SS level feat.

Surfer wins, Nova barley survived Annihilus.

SS takes these his skin alone should prove a obstacle to Nova which he would have a hard time defeating

This has to go to SS. Nova hasn't shown enough with his powers to take down arguably the most powerful herald out there.

nova with the complete nova corps power is a wuss compared to supernova who was a beast. and he didnt' even have nova's power.
