I don't know about that.
Parallax erased a single Universe, never got to create a separate reality.
His attempts at using his power at such levels were causing inadvertant side-effects like blinking realities in and out of existence.
From how I understood ZR, Parallax was not in control of that side-effect.
Genis erased the entire 616 Multiverse from existence with the help of Entropy.
Even if we gave him only an exact Half of the Credit,
that would mean Genis can make Half a Multiverse disappear from existence.
Not too sure on who wins the majority. 🙄
