I think Firelord would win, but Firestorm has potential, and I guess Firelord has the greater lowfeat 😄. I stick to Firelord.

Firelord could likely take more damage, but Firestorm is more versatile imo, but suffers from a puncture = death flaw.

Firelord likely wins, but Firestorm is a superior character by far, even if his costume is something Apollo would wear.
