I think "sig tourney line" would mean having text in your sig along the lines of:

"Rewmac & Kallark's Tourney..."

"Tournament: Round 2"

"Alliance: Sig Tourney"

Etc.

Also, no KB limit? I'm going to go out on a limb and predict that TOH makes it past this round.
