I know he is an Eternal but he is just fighting Hulk nothing more.

they are very equal. i agree. One Above All(Celestial) saved Hero. And Hulk, we all know his limits. He has none

Hulk's strength is to great for Hero

Both have had Thor beaten I don't know if it makes it harder for Hulk but Forgotten One gets his battle armor

Hulk's strength never ends

Hero did. Augmented by the TOAA

I am not saying he would win but he does have centuries of fighting skill.
