Team FAM. Like BetaRay said Doom's magic is enough to stop Magneto unless Mags does the whole bloodrip right off the bat.

IronMan by himself could take down Magneto. HIs repulsors blasts can act as super magnetized waves or by reversing their polarity. He is also invulnerable to Magneto type attacks.
