I heard that Dreaming Celestials was not as powerful as Arishem and also definetly less powerful then Exitar. Here is a question Exitar a lone Celestial are is he a tuning weapon for the Celestials to combine their powers?

Dreaming Celestail is the second strongets to Eixtar, then it's One Above All, then Arishem then the othe Celestails. It took the Celestails like One Above All, Arishem and the others to take down the Dreaming Celestail. Eixtar is supposely making apperance soon.

Took Celestial 2nd Host to 'stop' Tiamut. Didn't work as the used 'The Weapon".

Celestials should stop Tiamut. He is that ommipotent. Power wise, IMHO is The One Above All>Scathan>Arishem>Exitar>Tiamut. Thanks for posting 🙂

It's facted that Exitar is the most powerful Celestail, then it's Dreaming Celestail,then One Above All, and then Arishem. It was stated long time ago, It's in FF annual celestail/watcher war.

Cool. Exitar receives the code from Arishem the Judge. Scathan helped Living Tribunal kill Protege. "The Weapon" couldn't stop Tiamut before.

You are still on Scathan, that was a badly story even ask Mr. Master.

Agree with you that Exitar is powerful but I think the One Above All is called to for a reason.
