Im not sure if thats neccesarily going to give him the win. Luke has been fast enough to dodge Savage Hulk all day, he also been able to use dirty tactics to hurt and blind Wonderman (that was before his upgrade).
Eventhough Luke is class 25 it states that due to his durability his punches are harder than other people of the same strength range. Luke I think would probably be a better figher. Im not going to say who wins the majority I just thought I would add this information.

He has some more Limbo Demon fighting feats...I'll add them to the the respect thread when I have time. He's also now able to cause a Rockslide with his body and then reform.

Yeah but Rockslide can keep on coming back, and that's assuming Cage could damage his form.
Point being, Cage will sustain damage after a while, Rockslide just keeps reforming unhurt.
