Lucas supposedly had a notion of three trilogies at one point in time.
He has since decided that overall story is only six parts long.
The only other Lucas Star Wars stuff we're going to see are the Clone Wars animation and the live-action show. Unless he writes a book or changes his mind (which seems unlikely).

Lucas did. At one point The Star Wars movie saga was to have been nine movies. George himself has said that the prequel trilogy was it for the movies. I really doubt he is going to change his mind and make episodes 7 thru 9.
i had to write a seven page research paper/biography on george lucas for school. He INTENDED on making 9 movies but old age and getting tieried and putting up with stupid people you have to work with...... well theres no more movies. i wish there would be. this is off topic but he orginally decided to create star wars when he got in a horrible car accident and his seatbelt broke wich actually saved his life cause he then flew out of the car. otherwise there would be no star wars

Yes its true Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader was the chosen one and brought balance to the force, by defeating the Sith order. But... Who was it that persauded Darth Vader to come back the light side? Who was it that defeated the Galactic Empire? Who was the true hero and Jedi that returned to confront the Sith? It was Luke Skywalker. The son confronted Vader and Sidious. We need to see the third generation Skywalkers and Solos. We will witness Anakin Solo and Ben Skywalker, cousins and the next generation of Jedi Knights. Anakin and Ben will be seen in Episode 7,8,9. Next decade will be the starting point for the Sequel Trilogy. I'm looking foward to working with Mr. Lucas and Mr. Suttle for The Fallen Hero, The Republic in Crisis and Victory of the Force. :-P you all suck. LOL

1 lucas wanted to do "the tragedy of darth vader" but after the 1st trilogy, he kinda became the bad guy instead of the one who lost everything and couldnt bare to see his son die
2 lucas wanted to set his mistake right, he made another 3 movies and now it all is in place, he became evil cause he wanted to save padme, he then realises hes on the dark side (mustafar scene where he cries about what he has done after killing the separatist leaders) and he knows there is no going back, unlike the other bad guys hes kinda "forced" to join palpatine. when he sees his son, he finaly realises he can overthrow the dark side and become once again, the jedi he wanted to be...
makin other movies would just masacre the whole story of darth vader
I think that if they made more star wars movies based on the books it would be a waste of money. You have to get it to appeal to people. If I went to school, and tried to ask people about Grand Admiral Thrawn, they would tell me to go screw myself. If I tried to ask them about yoda, they would tell me he was a motherfn pimp. The Star Wars story is complete. Besides the Star Wars Expanded universe movies would take way tooo much explaning. PS Spidey 3 iz awesome
The saga continues beyond Episode VI-Return of the Jedi. The Fallen Hero, The Republic in Crisis and Victory are of the Force is the Sequel Trilogy. The ST is next. Its all about the Skywalker and Solo legacy. The Episode 7,8,9 plot summaries are only an example of the real scripts to be written next decade. The real Episode 7,8,9 will be written about 2,000 pages or so. Mr. Suttle (Supershadow) has full authority and permission over the ST. He will be the Executive Producer, Lucas WON'T direct only serve as Producer. Either James Cameron or another famous director will make 7,8,9. Mr. Suttle has never let me down nor have I lost his trust. He is my friend. Why should you people harass someone like me just because I'm friends with Michael Suttle? There is no reason harass fans of Supershadow and Star Wars. I like his ideas and the fans ideas. Whether Mr. Lucas or Shadow wrote the Episode 7,8,9 plot summaries on SS.com its still creative talent and a good story. Another thing Darth Subject... I'm a heterosexual.
