Team 1. If Team 2 manages to kill the Ultimator, it's the end of everything. Batmite is easily a match for Lucifer's power. As lucifer is powerful but can't make a universe without michael's help. Adding in Lucifer's mind is what gives team two the victory. not thier power. Tho micheal certainly has the power of God, his application of it is to duke it out. and mxy nor batmite duke anything out, they play pranks. it would be pranks vs. cunning and the ultimator trying to gobble up everything. team one would win team two laughing so hard from the pranks that they couldn't get one bolt off. Other than that, lucifer would dominate with michaels power and destroy everything by destroying the ultimator.
Lucifer gets Mxy to say his name backwards within 0.000005 seconds of the battle starting, which takes him out of this fight.
In this time, Michael would have either banished, or utterly destroyed Bat-Mite, taking him out of this fight as well.
This would leave only Ultimator to defeat.
However, if Mxy was smart enough to defeat Ultimator..... It should be NO problem for Lucifer or Michael to do the same.
Team 2 ftw.
