No he says what he can find in a biography pages. It's really kinda boring that he lacks the knowledge to debate.

Hulk has most of General's abilities to one degree ir another.

Hulk doesn't die easy in a physical contest.

Maybe Hulk has all of the abilities of the General but Hulk got owned by Supes and Supes got owned by the General.
