Great Dane should be banned for stupidity. Exitar is a high cosmic abstract, Eixtar will freeze time, or devolve his a$$. The Flash can't run to fast are he becomes one with the speed force, Eixtar travels at warp speed and can teleport. Exitar will encase central city like he did in Thor comics and the Flash will have no where to go.

It didn't happen in COIE, it happened in another comic where Flash (Wally) was sent back in time to fight the Anti-Monitor again, he busted his armor but Anti - Monitor was only annoyed and began to attack in his energy form so Flash ran away and destroyed Anti - Monitor's cannon, but because Wally's speedforce energy was different from Barry's the cannon exploded instead of imploded and killed all the heroes.
