Daredevil is out Due to the way "intelligence" is exemplified, i took it to meet street smarts, rather than book smarts

Test 5: Showdown - Even with all the attributes, a great street hero must be able to harness his abilities in battle to be the Greatest Street Hero. The 2 remaining contestants battle each other and the survivor of that battle is the winner.

Batman vs. Captain America...

They only acknowledge Strange, Thanos, Surfer, and Warlock, and others that are not worth the mention (or I just don't care).

Anyway...

Test one:
Spider-Man.

Two:
Punisher

Three:
Interesting... can't pick, so... Jabba the Hutt (masterbruce) comes and makes them his Princess Leahs, in zeh rst of teh tests.

Punisher, with his amount of explosives and such at the ready, has a lot more versatality then say... Captain America.
