Well I came back after 2 years to finish God of War ONE so that I could play God of War II and I literally finished the day before I went out to get God of War II and I still didn't have any problem with the similar mechanics so I don't think the people who've just finished playing God of War should have anymore of a problem with the controls than someone who finished the game 2 years ago.

Just bought it today, and I'm already up to the Bog of the Forgotten. Some of the puzzles are easy, some hard, and some of them are so simple that you don't even realize hoe simple the solution is.
I loved GoW 1, and the sequel is a definite step up. My only gripe is that it feels a little too familiar in places.
Ohhhh........yeah.....Sorry, but I do recall one point where you're climbing on the ceiling and there's this series of blades going in every which direction.
You have to hang there and studying them a few seconds to get the pattern but yeah....That's the only one I recall.
Didn't give me much trouble though. Took me 2-3 tries.

I'm kind of pissed that I missed the little Sex Minigame.
I completely bypassed it and missed it and forgot about it. It was obviously kind of hidden or something because I saw it no where.
I saw in a preview or demo or something where you have to smash this wall down and the ladies are in a pool behind it. They should have made it more obvious like in the first one. I want my red orbs d@mnit!
Well I'm okay with the ending of the game. IT obviously sets up for the sequel, which we already knew about even before this game and what better way to top God Of War II than to start of in God of War III in the middle of it all.
Can't wait. Definitely will be exciting and action packed.
Unless they half ass it and start the game off like 3 days afterwards and we miss all of it. ugh

I'm just worried that the sequel will be a PS3 only release.
Which is why I'm kind of pissed.
I liked this game more than the first one. Both are my two favorite games ever. This one was more fun, IMO. Also easier too, because AI rarley had to use the walkthrough to figure out what to do. In God of War 1, I used the walkthrough constantly. The ending was awesome, except for the fact that I'm not getting a f*ckin PS3. Even if it does come out for Ps2, why would I want to play it on Ps2 when I could play it on Ps3 which would be 1000 times better?

Only started playing this today, and in a word, it's awesome...
every bit as good as the first, if not better, its fun, its imaginative, the controls are fluid and easy to use...
the battle with the colossus at the start more than rivals the battle with the kraken from the start of the first game, and i swear, i laughed my ass off for a full ten minutes when kratos shoved that horse keepers head between the doors and started slamming the door against it over and over and over...
brilliant... can't wait to play some more...
ps3 imo isnt dead and buried... so what if the games are multi-platform, i dont think thats going to make that huge a difference once sony drop the price to a reasonable level...
though i will admit, the lack of backwards compatibility and the whole blueray thing don't help to sell what is by any means a pretty good machine...
