Sith easily, without question, no contest at all, whatsoever, hands down pwnage... And if that wasnt clear enough, the Sith win.
Re: Dark vs Light
Sidious and Yoda go at it, that's a fight that will last a long time. Dooku and Mace fight, Mace will win that but not for a long time. Obi-[Wan fights Vader, that could go eitehr way and'll take a long time. Maul fights Luke, Mundi fights Grievous, Qui-Gon fights Asajj. Mundi goes down first, then helps Asajj. Together they pwn Qui-Gon. Then they go help Dooku and Mace gets pwnd. By this time Maul has kileld Luke. Then Grievous goes and helps Vader and Kenobi dies while the otehrs help Sidious and they wtf pwn Yoda.
Sith win.
If the fight goes like this: Yoda vs Dooku, Mace vs Sidious, Obiwan vs Maul, Luke vs Vader, Qui Gon vs Asajj Ventress, and Grievous vs Mundi
If they go man for man, the dark side wins (even though Greivous doesn't use the dark side...)
However, if Windu takes on Sidious long enough for Yoda to kill Asajj, Greivous, and toss (literally) Maul out of the picture for a few minutes, then Yoda goes back to Sidious, and they have a standstill, then a roughed up Windu could probably be about equal to Dooku, throw in Ki Adi Mundi and it'll be too much for Dooku. Luke alone will beat Vader, have Qui Gon beat a beaten, and possibly even unconscious Maul, and place Obi Wan where necessary (or count him out, assuming that he was killed by Dooku when he went unchecked by either Mace, Yoda, or Luke (who was fighting Vader)).
Although, the reverse is possible, also, where Dooku or Vader holds off Yoda (the other holds off Mace)for the brief amount of time it will take Sidious to kill Mundi, Qui Gon, and Obi Wan.
Too many variables, but that's my input. Darkside takes the majority.
Pure lightsaber I think the Jedi takes this.
Windu fights Sidous and stalemates him perhaps even defeats him, like he did in the movie.
Yoda Easily takes down Dooku, In the fight they had Dooku was up against the wall and in my opinion used the pillar to distract Yoda so that he could escape.
Luke Defeats Vader yet again
Obi-Wan goes toe on toe with Grievous yet again and defeats him.
Qui-Gon would probably be capable og stalemating Maul for some time Enough time for one of the others to come helping him. Qui-Gon was as showen in the movie actually capable of going toe on toe with Maul for some time until he got tired.
Then there is Ki-Adi-Mundi vs asajj difficult battle the only one there truly is the rest is based on the movies, I would give this to Asajj, but it will not help the sith, since Asajj was the "apprentice" of Dooku she would probably go help him out, And Yoda would probably be capable of handling them both, that is assuming that Vader isn't already defeated by his son and cutes of Asajj but generally believes the Jedi to take this.

Yea there are way too many things that could happen in this one. Man for man though the Sith win pretty handily.
