my eye is completely messed up

my eye is completely messed up

so i haven't slept properly for over 2 months and i just walked past a mirror and this is what my right eye looks like
(I'm sorry its a bad camera so the pic's aren't that good)

you almost can't see the white of my eyes anymore .... thats messed up right 😕
