Unfortunately, I'm not well versed enough in 4th world canon to say whether the box can give Bats a win over Apoc. So, what exactly can the Mother box do?

And Apoc may not use his TP alot, but he is easily over Xavier in TP power.

Anyway if Apoc can be too fast for Beast and one-shot him, then I'm not seeing Bats being able to win this.
