Just putting up some silly stuff that I know will not happen:
- The crew becomes fully aware that Elizabeth was the cause of Sparrows death. During a gun battle with a British corsair They exploit the opportunity to shoot Elizabeth in the chest and toss her over the sea. Will is unaware of the real reason why she is shot and is convinced by the crew that one of the British soldiers on board the corsair got her.
-After Jack Sparrow returns from the dead, and halfway across the atlantic Will attempts to send Jack back to the dead because of that thing with Elizabeth. Will fails and is tossed into the sea. He survives and swims to the nearest island. The same island where the cursed Mayan treasure lies. Will takes it and intentionally jumps into the sea, purposely waiting for Davey Jones to recapture him.
- Davey Jones recaptures him. Beats him up and attempts to kill him but to no avail. This Davey sends him away to do menial task of all kind. Will, still in his vengeful state, seeks to destroy Jack and kill him. To do this he needs a crew. He offers the legend of the mayan treasure, sowing the seeds of mutiny, telling them of a treasure that will give them immortality over a mere 100 years of extra life. Many crew men agree, and Will defeats Davey Jones. They all sail back to take the treasure and claim their immortality. We now have immortal fishmen.
-However, Beckett who now controls the heart of Jones, attempts to summon Davey Jones but finds instead, William turner called to his needs. William, uncaring for the heart, shoots the heart and kills Jones. For a moment all the fishmen are turned back to normal. But William decides to kill Beckett, during a fight with Norrington, Will tells him that Elizabeth is dead and too his shock, pledges loyalty to Will, only to get back at Jack Sparrow. After this fight, Will decides for himself to remove his heart from his chest and lock it away from the world, like Jones did(now dead).
