did you see the fight between goku and boo? spiritual ball ftw

theyre very strong in dbz, and resistant to fire and ice, but thats not their strong point. goku can with a hundred part of his speed still play around with hulk, and his energyattacks are so friggin enormous that hulk turns to DUST! speed and energy are some of the most powerful things in dbz, while their strenght and durability makes some people understimate them, even through goku at best in ssj4 form can lift many thousands tons
