Constantine Drakon has the same equipment.

Yes it is impressive. Not to mention they were standing only four feet away from him.

So they were pretty much firing the arrows at point-blank range.

That was pretty impressive, but to say he can do that against Bullseye, id need to see much more from him.

Bullseye throws faster, harder and more precise/deadly than they can shoot arrows.
