Once again, Speedy had it, not GA. Also, they used the arrow already.

I can't help but think of the General JLA (superman stand ins) fight from Justice League Unlimited when I think about this fight.

Green Arrow and Speedy kept hitting the General with arrows and he walked through them.

I would see this going the same way, unless of course he has the Phantom Zone arrow.

Without it though hes toast.
