It's a scene from a movie I dont know the title of the movie, but the scene is that there is a man with A cowboy hat riding a rocket/bomb that is about to be dropped on a target. So he's riding the rocket and yelling and screaming and waving his cowboy hat around as if he's on a rodeo bull ride. Its black and white. Thats my Favorite Scene of the movie.
