I was thinking Darkseid was going to be a big part of it, but showing him in Countdown promos would seem like an awfully big hint. I can't help but feeling there's something bigger that's being counted down too that they wouldn't give away in the ads.

Given that Redatom's boy Captain Atom is making a comeback too, and they have stated he's going after the monitors, and........this picture.

That one in the middle with his back turned looks familiar.......hmm 😛

This the KK from their (current DCU) future.

The one in JLA looks like the Val from Pre Zero Hour continuity, just like Starman. They were from an alternate pocket universe that was erased from existence.

Then again, that version of KK was long dead anyway. ermmnone
