Yeah it happened in Green Arrow/Black Canary #1-2 and the Wedding Special.
Yes, in Salvation Run and I guess we will have to wait and see. Also it seems Darkseid is the mastermind behind Salvation Run, and a lot of the character stories on the preview page to boot.
